SIMPLE YOGA:
1)Tadasana:

*It is a basic standing asana .
*we have to stand with feet together.
*This asana strengthens the abdomen and the legs
2) Virabhadrasana 1:
Virabhadrasa also called as warrior 1 pose.

Benifits:
* It strengthens and stabilizes the muscles of the feet and knee.
*It also strengthens the shoulders,armas and the back
*It helps to improves balace and concentration

3) Virabhadrasana 2:
Virabhadrasana 2 also called as warrior 2 pose.

Benifits:
*It tones the leg muscles.
*It also increases flexibility of back and lengs.
*It contracts the abdominal organs.
*It prepares practitioner to do the advanced forward bends.


4)Ustrasana:
Ustrasana or camel pose is deep back bending yoga asana.
Benefits:
*It stretches the thorax , abdomen , thing , ankle.
*This asana improves the shoulder stability and stamina.
*It also makes our body fit and active

5) Trikonasana:

* Trikonasana or triangle pose is an asana.
* It stretches thorax,knee,hip,thigh,ankle ,vertebral column.
* Satynanda saraswati claimd that the asana stimulate the nervous system& alleviates nervous depression.

6) Vriksasana:

* Vriksasana or tree pose is an asana
* This asana improves balance,poise,posture,concentration.
*This asana also deepens the thorax &stregthens the ankles.
7) Dhanurasana:

* Dhanurasana, bow pose is an asana
*It stretches the thorax ,abdomen ,thing,ankle and throat.
* It opens up the chest ,neck , shoulder.
*It adds greater flexibility to the back.

8) Bhujangasana:

*Bhujangasana or cobra pose is a back bending yoga asana.
*It streches the throat , abdomen , lung and shoulder.
*Benefits:
1) good digestion
2)activeness
3)longevity
